November 2020 Minutes

Elections coming 


  • Need VP and Secretary filled


  •  Mark and Peyton will be running for for President and Publicist, respectively


  • Party for the next meeting to hold elections (with cavers?)

  • Christmas party

  • We will decide later if we want to do voting another time

  • Create online tally to know estimates for food


- Reel Rock release on Dec. 11 (will it happen?) 

- Have showing at Hay Camp?

- Have showing at private residence

- Online showing party?


- Election day would be the second Monday in Dec. (14th) have party the following weekend!!

- Dec. 14th will be the meeting date next month

-Dec. 19th will be party day (end of year party/christmas party)



Trail work

  • At Mt Rushmore

  • Mark is gonna reach out to our new connection at Mt. Rushmore, Renee Ohms, to do research on where we will have trail work done this next spring or summer


T-Shirts

  • We are gonna reprint old designs and have a few new designs for ordering

  • We will have a few shirts printed in the oddball sizes and have a larger selection of the M and L shirts

  • Will also create stickers from these new designs

  • Looking to be done sometime next year.

  • Have dates on maybe 1 design of the shirt but perhaps not all


Pretty Strong Showing

  • Jan. 15th for showing at Custer Beacon? Night before BEETLE BURN

  • Approach as fundraiser event instead of hosting event 

    • No hosting fee and instead having a suggested donation box
